2019 Philanthropy Awards Breakfast

Save the Date!  This year's Philanthropy Awards Breakfast will take place on March 4th at Tappan Hill.  We are pleased to announce the co-chairs for this year's event will be ADO board members Kevin Cook of Westchester Medical Center and Susan Edwards Colson of Edwards Colson Law LLC.  Today (11/1) is the last day to nominate a co-worker or colleague for an award!  Click here to learn more about the event.

Over 100 people attended the sold-out Meet the Funders Panel Discussion on October 16th.  Underwritten by Con Edison and co-presented by Grant Professionals of Lower Hudson, the panel featured representatives from Field Hall Foundation, The Taft Foundation, Webster Bank, and the Westchester County Youth Bureau.

We are pleased to announce a new membership benefit: a lending library of fundraising books!  This pilot program will start with 30 titles hand-selected by our executive director.  Active members can place a hold on as many books as they like, and can borrow two at a time. Books will be distributed (and collected) at the monthly workshops.  Visit our library page to learn how to take advantage of this new resource.

As she steps down, we thank Ann Fabrizio of ArtsWestchester for her many years of board service to ADO and for helping to build this vibrant and supportive community!
