At this interactive event, learn:

  • Effective storytelling techniques
  • Strategic questions to pose to donors that will result in stronger relationships
  • How to read emotions and reactions and handle rejection
  • Strategies for prospect pool management

Using the research discussed in Malcolm Gladwell’s Talking To Strangers and Kate Murphy’s You’re Not Listening: What You’re Missing and Why It Matters, this session will highlight what is known about effective communication skills and how to apply that information to cultivation, solicitation and stewardship within the donor pipeline.

SPEAKER: Michael J. Buckley, CFRE
Managing Partner, The Killoe Group
