Do your fundraising efforts benefit from deliberate practices?
What collective habits does your team share that help to create a place where fundraising can thrive?

Join us to learn three key practices that are particularly effective in strengthening fundraising culture and donor relations: "Two Weeks Out," "Meaningful Conversations," and "Subs in Teams.”

Back by popular demand, Jason Lewis will introduce the principles of deliberate practice, engage in an interactive discussion about challenges in organizational learning, and conclude with an action plan for implementing these and similar tactics.

Note, these aren’t just for the fundraising team; they work for board members, senior leaders, program staff, and volunteers. So – invite your colleagues to lunch and learn together!

Speaker: Jason Lewis, Responsive Fundraising
